Service Agreement

By booking a service through Handyman.ae, you agree to these terms. We provide handyman and home maintenance services in Dubai, UAE. All services are subject to availability and our standard pricing.

Booking and Cancellation

Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our online form. We confirm appointments within 30 minutes during business hours. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Pricing and Payment

All quotes are provided before work begins. Prices are quoted in AED and include labour. Materials are quoted separately when needed. Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.

Warranty

All work carries a 30-day workmanship warranty from the date of completion. This covers defects in our work but not pre-existing issues, normal wear, or damage caused by others. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We carry comprehensive liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from customer-supplied materials.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be resolved through the Dubai Courts.
